He married Alice Belmeis about 1181. Alice was born about 1160 in Harringworth, Nrthmp, Engl. Alice was the daughter of Phillip de Belmeis and Maud Matilda de Meschines. She was christened in Tong, Shropshire, Or Ashby, Leicestershire.

Alan Zouche and Alice Belmeis had the following children:
