1881. Aleida, Countess of²⁶ Holland (Floris IV, Count²⁷, Willem I, Count²⁸, Floris Florence III,²⁹, Dirk Vi, Count³⁰, Floris II, de³¹) was born in S Hertogenbos, Noord Brabant, Neth about 1226. Aleida, died in Valenciennes, Nord, France, at age unknown.

She married Jean I de Avesnes September 1246 in Frankfort Am Mai, Hessen Nassau, Prussia. Jean was born April 1218 in Houffalize, Luxembourg, Belgium. Jean was the son of Bouchard de Avesnes and Marguerite, Comtesse de Flandre. Jean died December 24, 1257 in Valenciennes, Nord, France, at age 39.
