1975. Raymond Berenger V²⁷ Provence (Alfonso II Count²⁸, Alfonso II King of²⁹ Aragon, Raimond Berenger V,³⁰ Barcelona) was born in Aix En Provence, Bouches Du Rhone, France 1198. Raymond died August 19, 1245 in France, at age 47.

He married Beatrice, Countess of Savoy in Provence, France. Beatrice, was born about 1201 in Ghamberg, Savoie, France. Beatrice, was the daughter of Thomas I Count Savoy and Beatrice Margaret Geneva. Beatrice, died December 1266 in France, at age 65.

Raymond Berenger V Provence and Beatrice, Countess of Savoy had the following children:

+ 1976 i. Marguerite, Countess of²⁶ Provence Queen of France was born 1221.

+ 1813 ii. Eleonore, Countess of Provence Queen of England was born about 1223.

1977 iii. Sancha, Countess of Provence was born in Aix En Provence, Bouches Du Rhone, France about 1225. Sancha, died November 9, 1261 in Berkhampstead, Hertfordshire, England, at age 36. Her body was interred in Hailes Abbey, Hailes, Gloucestershire, Englan. She married Richard Earl of Cornwal England November 23, 1243 in Westminster Abbe, Westminster, Middlesex, Eng. Richard was born January 5, 1209 in Winchester, Hampshire, England. Richard was the son of John (Lackland) King England and Isabella of Angouleme (Taillefer) Queen. Richard died April 2, 1272 in Berkhampstead, Hertfordshire, England, at age 63. His body was interred April 13, 1272 in Hailes Abbey, Hailes, Gloucestershire, Englan.

+ 1978 iv. Beatrice, Countess of Provence Queen of Sicily was born 1234.
