148. Samuel⁷ Isham (John⁸, Isaac⁹, John¹⁰)⁽¹⁰⁰⁾ was born in Colchester, Connecticut December 20, 1752. Samuel died January 3, 1827 in Malden Township, Ulster Co, New York, at age 74.

He married Mary Adams January 18, 1775 in Colchester, Connecticut.⁽¹⁰¹⁾ Mary was born August 3, 1753 in Colchester, Connecticut. Mary⁽¹⁰²⁾ was the daughter of Benjamin Adams and Eunice Rockwell. Mary died May 11, 1818 in Malden, New York, at age 64.

Samuel was employed. Conflicting evidence states that he died June 13, 1827. He was regarded as industrious and thrifty. At age 22, he had bought 22 acres of land in two separate transactions, and seven years later bought 14 more.

Samuel Isham and Mary Adams had the following children:

+ 102 i. Sarah⁶ Isham was born March 13, 1778.

149 ii. Charles Isham was born in Colchester, Connecticut August 20, 1784. Charles died November 13, 1856 in Malden, New York, at age 72. He married Flora Bradley December 27, 1817. Flora was born September 24, 1797 in Hartford, Hartford County, Connecticut. Flora was the daughter of William Bradley and Polly? Hyde. Flora died July 8, 1845 in Malden, New York, at age 47.
